“Seven hours difference“ series is produced jointly by bTV and “Global Films“. The plot is inspired by real cases. In the family saga, viewers will see Vanya Tsvetkova, who makes big comeback in the Bulgarian cinema. But also the popular actor and TV presenter Malin Krastev, the famous theater and film actor Simeon Lyutakov, Georgi Staykov, Alexandra Raeva, Maria Statulova, Kalin Sarmenov, Niki Sotirov and others. The action takes place simultaneously in two cities - Sofia and New York. There are living members of the two Bulgarian families whose professional life is inextricably linked to crime and punishment. Divisions and personal conflicts are caused not only by the time difference but the difference in generations, love and hatred, political and economic gap between rich and poor. In the dramatic series viewers will see authentic footage of New York, action scenes, thrilling love, relationships and complex twists.

Where our story takes place, only the chickens know what stress means. Otherwise, life in the countryside is quiet, so it's no wonder that the annual "stallion auction" is the highlight of cultural life—an event where the highest-bidding ladies can bid on a rendezvous with the most handsome young farmers.

Based on the history of King Taejeong who, before he was king, killed his elder brother thus clearing the way to the throne. His father, King Taejo, was upset and concerned for his own safety, by this and moved the seat of government far from his son. Taejong sent many messengers to apologize and to convince his father to return, but his father killed each messenger. Finally, Taejong sends a high level monk who is also his father's best friend.

Two criminal investigators try to reconstruct a crime that happened in broad daylight, almost in front of the public, during a nighttime investigation. But the author does not only follow the criminal storyline. The witnesses the investigators call in each represent a different variant of cowardice or alibi in their own way.
